Registered with the National Specialist Register, Academy of Medicine of Malaysia, he was the past Malaysian Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Maxillofacial Surgery. And also, instrumental in the setting up of the Burns Unit in the University Hospital Petaling Jaya in 1985. Dr David Cheah specializes in blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, facelift, double eyelid surgery, liposuction, cleft lip. In addition, palate repair and facial rejuvenation including thread lifts and lasers
