I was collected at the airport and transport was arranged all in a prompt manner. The clinic was dated but clean. Reception displayed lovely artwork and the waiting room was modern and inviting. The nurses and Staff are of an exemplary calibre. They are incredibly efficient and have a lovely bedside manner. Dr. Wong is very fortunate indeed to have such loyal and dedicated staff. Dr. Wong is a skillful surgeon and the results of my surgery are good so far. The costs compared to Australia are very good. Ginny, Beauty Yours representative is wonderful and a lovely person. Caring, understanding and a great sense of humor. Edie is also a lovely person, although I didn't get the opportunity to know her well. Kuala Lumpur as a destination is BLAN Krappy Land = KL.
